i'm going out this week too and will probably return to Bowen now that it's hotter. I was doing Bradford ridge during the winter. The climb down and then up is much more intense with Bradford. I actually like that, but with high heat maybe not as much. At a reasonably good pace, it will take just over an hour for most people on the way down. It has taken me 75 minutes to 90 minutes on the way out. You can get winded depending on your conditioning. And I've not done it in high heat.
