I have never hiked to the springs with clothes on.
I hiked Bradford the first time I went and no one ever passed me in either direction so it was easy to feel comfortable.
The first time I hiked Bowen was by myself and I felt a bit uncomfortable as there were no other freehikers. No one bothered me when I passed or was passed but since it was the first time I had some issues in my head.
I still don't ever freehike clear of the concern that I won't get seen by someone that isn't aware of the customs or laws. Laws don't help if you are confronted by a-holes.
I'm always looking to group freehike but it's hard to get groups together. We try on our Yahoo group http://groups.yahoo.com/group/FreehikeCA/
