After giving it some thought, I agree with method B. (Wait are we now voting on the method of the vote? LOL)
I also agree with credible voters only and a two week time-limit is good.
One question though ... what is a "clear winner"? Is it the majority of the votes? More than 50%? Or just more than the rest?
