River Crossing?

Hi there everyone! Decided to make my first trip up there this Thursday. Plan on getting there around 9 or 10am. Was just wondering how bad the dirt road is to get to Bowen Ranch? Think my Accord can make it? How bad is the river we have to cross to get to the hot springs? Is it bearable to walk thru and how high is it? Some ppl are saying i should bring a small raft... Are we able to set up small canopy tents types there at the springs? How about camping at the Ranch? How is that for those of you that have? How about rules as well? Anything would help! Thanks guys!
