It seems like the sheriff helicopter is buzzing deep creeek at about 4pm. I have now hiked out 3 times recently with this. My question is are they checking to see if someone needs help? If so what is the proper way to let them know if you do need help? Also, are they checking for lost hikers and how would they deal with that unless other hot springers reported missing people? With more first timers down here it seems like a lot of the regulars are busy giving directions and helping people hike out. Thanks
