Thanks Neogeo, Yes I was hiking in " other places " along Deep Creek and did not go to DCHS, though I did see that the beach above the Arizona Pool looked empty as I was hiking into the canyon. I will be hitting DCHS more now that the cooler weather is here and things are quieter there :-) Sorry that I did not get a chance to visit with you this time around. A long time friend Anke who I first met at DCHS is wanting to go on a hike with me up there to Deep Creek pretty soon. Not sure at this time which part of the creek we will be visiting yet. Excellent trip report you shared Neogeo in the other thread :-)
