Couldn't sleep tonight so played around with Google Earth Pro (it will set you back $400). A few extra features over the free version and 4 times the DPI. You can also make narrated automation, simulations (for example, I could make a movie of sunrise and sunset shadowing for a given date and time range) and comes with precise measurement tools, so slowly catching up to ESRI software for you GIS buffs.
