Sounds like a good time to head back to the springs with cooler weather.

Up until two years ago, I was heavily into sailing, almost every weekend on the SF Bay. Attended an event put on by US Sailing and a staff member from NOAA was one of the presenters. Very impressed by what he had to say, definitely a great use of federal tax funds and they do such a great job in the content and information they supply, it makes you think they were a private company. He also mentioned for the sailors in the room that if you have any questions to contact them, they will provide a contact, and if are in urgent need of information, they will respond quickly with a page, even at 2 am.
