I have a few hours to spare so might as well. I'm actually on an aircraft now 30,000 ft up with nothing better to do ... thank heavens for wifi onboard and being able to VPN. Should put up a plaque next to the pools that describes the history! But then again it may get buried in a flood.

I posted the names of the pools one day after Mr Miguel asked this question, as can be seen above in the post dated 02-09-04 :-) Serenity was a name my wife came up with for that pool, and it sprang to her mind while she was watching a commercial on TV. I,ll leave it to your imaginations as to what was the subject matter of that commercial :-) A name with an amusing source, but one which always reminds me of the " peace of mind " I enjoy when visiting that special place.
