Tami, that looks fine! I would still tend toward the word "partnerships" rather than "agencies" because we may also have involvement with organizations like the Sierra Club and Center for Bio-Diversity. We also may be working with other individuals or groups that may not fall under the typical definition of an Agency. P.S. Nice research on the nudity laws and their historical perspectives. The wording in the Cahill State Parks entry is what I would favor for Deep Creek. We could say that nudity is tolerated at Deep Creek Hot Springs, but that the rangers must act on a complaint. It wouldn't hurt to call one of the USFS people (didn't Wizard talk to one recently?) and find out what their policy is (officially and unofficially) at DCHS
