First let me say that I applaud the effort you all have put into this. I'm sure this will be very positive for the springs. I would love to be able to participate with you, but various circumstances prevent me from doing so. So if you'll let a non-participant voice an opinion on a name for the group, I prefer a combination of two suggestions above, namely "Deep Creek Hot Springs Volunteer Alliance". This shows that you are a volunteer group, yet you are organized. I know it's a little long, so maybe "DCHS Volunteer Alliance" for short.
