I did a hike to Deep Creek yesterday and the weather was quite nice with various interesting high clouds coming up from the south and it was pretty breezy too all day. The creek was 85 degrees. I saw a Golden Eagle and another big Blue Heron fly over me while taking a dip in the stream. I checked out the little Chubs with my swim mask in the pool I was cooling off in. I was thinking they might be good to eat, since they look much like little Sardines :-)
