just a general heads up. i was down @ the springs on thursday, and it appears a guy who calls himself carl has taken up residence. he was very vague about his background and had very little food. he was kinda lurking around, chumming for gifts. seems he plans on staying a while. i suggested he didn't camp in exactly the same spot as scotty.....guy appears to be in his mid-40's,with the face of a hard life. he could be harmless,
