I have never camped in that area, however I believe dispersed camping is allowed in this portion of the National Forest. There are several areas near the trail head that are level enough to camp. Most of the Bradford Ridge Trail proper Is not level. There are a few areas off the trail down by the creek as you first get started that might work and there is a nice level area about 1. 5 to 1.7 miles in just before heading down the hill to the PCT that would be a nice camping spot if you want to go in that far.
