Then the original question is not clear; it says "We are located at ******************* Rd Suite #** Victorville Ca 92395 in the ********** Shopping Plaza On the corner of ******** and ******** in Victorville Calif..(Across from the ******** Night Club)" except I removed the identifying information. I thought that that is the organization promoted by the graffitti; did I misunderstand? Is that organization attempting to eliminate it? If I misunderstood then please clarify.
