NoComp62 Graffiti along the Goat trail

On my hike down the "goat trail" lat Saturday, (06-09-2012) I noticed several large graffiti crimes on boulders. Most of the spray painted messages were, "NoComp62." I googled that phrase and up popped this message:

"We are located at 14950 Bear Valley Rd Suite #29 Victorville Ca 92395 in the Bear Valley Shopping Plaza On the corner of Bear Valley and Cottonwood in Victorville Calif..( Across from the Old Karma Night Club) We are focusing on the Graffiti element providing all the dope writers with quality products to produce there artwork which allows them to have no physical limits to there expression. We support all elements and independents so if you got a mixtape, album, clothingline, shows, projects, or anything else you think is creative come by and network with us! - No Comp 62."

I don't know how dear the National Forest penalties are for defacing US Government property, but I can imagine how high the financial and jail penalties should be. What should our (you,me and all friends of Deep Creek, the National Forest and Mother Earth) do to stop that arrogant bastard from "focusing on the Graffiti element providing all the dope writers with quality products to produce there(sic) artwork which allows them to have no physical limits to there(sic) expression." I also have photos of several of the spray painted and can send them to whomever can get them to concerned and active law enforcement.
