My first experience with "Deliverance Mike" was horrid as he threatened me with a shot gun for coming back at sundown (7p) while having paid only for "day use." I came back months later, new attitude (same car), had my $10 ready & said "yessir" to all his prothelitizing: no bottles, park down away from his view from his shack, take a garbage bag (free from him if you don't have one) and promise to take trash back (yours and extra) and promise to take care of the land!
