Last night I slept at the lower parking lot. That is the parking lot by the fence/gate. This morning I headed to the spring at six. When I first go there Resident Dave asked me if he carried trash to my car should I truck it out for him? I told him of course I would.
I soaked in the pools then was on the beach reading my Scientific American magazine when I heard a friend answering questions. When I looked he was answering a Forest Ranger. There were 3 rangers and 2 BLM guys walking around asking questions. I put my shorts on and talked to them. They attempted to get me to admit to camping at the springs. I told the I would be living if I said that that I car camped legally. They took my name and birth date. Then one of them yelled at the officers near Scottish or Leonard's tent.
As Left the springs they had him sitting on the ground. So if he is a wanted criminal I hope they found out about it and took him in. We will see soon.
I left the springs early because a friend I went with left at the site of the police. He has just recently gotten off of parole.
