Some people are more sensitive than others to Poison Oak, but I can relate, I actually got it in my rectum while actually squatting in some to take a dump in a farmers field in Missouri (long story!).
I actually had to get a cortisone shot it was so bad. I've had it several times in "regular" places. Calamine spray or Benadryl spray worked for temporary itching relief.
