Ibcalrr, I talked by phone to a friend who lives over in Phelan ( about the 4,000 foot level ) and around 4PM he said it was snowing pretty hard at his place. Going up the Bowen Ranch road, the snow conditions can be even worse for traction than the mud, especially at the steep hill just past the Oak Springs Rd cut off on the left ( about a mile past the cattle guard ). Looks like the storm has now moved past our area but because of the cold follow up air bringing instability there could be some scattered showers tomorrow too. Good luck :-)
