From the Koreans. That was what they said. I know it is 5.5 miles if you park at the white gate off of Arrowhead lake rd. I did not ask their exact parking area. Any way, they were into hiking.
According to them the rock scramble where the landslide occurred last year was a challenge. Again , their words.
I have a neighbor who uses that route and he said it was still a challenge and kind of scary there too.
