Everything neogeo said is right on. I spend a lot of time out in the Glamis Dunes in Imperial County. Typically, this area gets heavy ORV traffic and campers in the winter, Thanksgiving being one of their busiest times. There was some public nudity at one of the camping areas, and allegedly that was one of the incidents that led to the new rules. I think the whole issue came up because outlaw1 had some problem with the freehikers hiking in nude from Bowen Ranch. There is no problem. It is a moot issue.
