There is a new concrete bridge on HWY173 at the point the Bradford Ridge Trail begins. There are no bridges on the Bradford Ridge Trail itself so if you parked on the east side of the previously mentioned bridge you won't cross any from HWY173 to DCHS. It appears Rick is talking about hiking from HWY 173 down by the Mojave Forks dam, then up the Deep Creek Canyon to DCHS, in which case you do as he said have " one " bridge you will cross about 4 miles up the canyon :-)
