This morning around 6PM ( 7-31 ) more big thunderstorms rolled in with lots of wind. An especially big thunderstorms cell was moving across the Deep Creek area and heading westerly like yesterday's storm. It began raining all over the Victor Valley and kept up until 1PM this afternoon and the air temps were refreshingly cool in the low 70's. I posted three more photos from today's storms at my Flickr site. There was also lighting occurring in that storm to the south of us. Early morning thundershowers with lighting don't happen very often up here ( usually they occur in the afternoons ) so it was a real treat to see :-)
