All good ideas Neogeo! In addition, there needs to be a permanent solution developed at the political and legislative level. If you recall the history briefly, all of these citations are in response to Ruth Coleman's overzealous efforts to completely rescind the Cahill Policy. The Cahill Policy was great - it basically said that nude use is fine unless someone complains, THEN the rangers would warn the naturist to put on their clothes and that would be the end of it. There were hardly any complaints ever at San Onofre Trail 6 beach under the Cahill Policy.

What needs to happen is a modification of CCR 4322 for simple nudity, which would include a reinstatement of the Cahill Policy. There needs to be legislative support to do so, which will force Ruth Coleman and her cronies to drop the current harassment at San Onofre. There are folks at the Naturist Action Committee working on all this, and optimism for a positive change in favor of naturists remains high.

Meanwhile, there are no harassment problems at Blacks. I'm down there every day, and on the few occasions when the State Beach rangers drive down the beach, they don't harass nudists.
