There are some good alternatives to Deep Creek for nude recreation if you want to beat the heat. The beaches are finally sunny and warm now, so consider San Onofre or Blacks Beach. Blacks has been real nice lately- I've been there almost every day. The Torrey Pines rangers are not enforcing any anti-nudity rules, and the San Diego city lifeguards are chill- they drive right by and wave when i do my nude run! Also, check out Olive Dell, De Anza Springs, Deer Park and Glen Eden. You can find info online.
And the hot springs in the Mammoth Lakes area.
