The Freedom Trail is accessable by car if you come in from Bowen Ranch Road. After the Freedom trail the road gets rough with a steep down grade. You'll know when your'e there! A 4x4 is reccomended. I go that way with my Bronco or Superduty Crew Cab no problem. Drive a little further and your at the foot trail that comes down from Bowen Ranch and continues on to the Springs. Thats where I park.
