Newby seeks advice before 1st time

I plan to come out to Deep Springs in a compact and low-to-the-ground Chevy Cavalier sometime in a month or so. I can have fun and sincere conversations with both hippies and gun toters. It looks like, from reading other posts here, that Fridays would be best for swimming as God meant us to swim (nekkid). Do you all think my little car could make it on the road to parking? Is there any plan to get a group out on one day? Any other particular advice?
