I didn't make anything up Mark regarding you. In your own expressed words you said you would not report illegal camping and did not care. I also noted that I thought it was " probably the case " that there were other DCHS rules that you wouldn't care about or report either. Its people who do care about the rules and do many other things to help clean DCHS up that really make the big differance in keeping the springs a lot nicer than it would be otherwise. If the USFS rules for DCHS were followed by everyone there would be much less negative impact on the area, and thats why the rules were made, to try and achieve this, at least to some degree because there will always be those that don't care about the rules.
