There is no feud. There is an individual (Mike Castro) who has been committing crimes against the public. We are merely attempting to have this individual brought to justice for these criminal acts.

The easement issue will be determined through legal procedures. I do not have the power to open this road. Only the County of San Bernardino and the Bureau of Land Management have the authority to open this road.

However, I think you need to realize that this easement does not just disappear from the title. Fred Moss fraudulently removed these words from the title when deeding to himself.

Because it is a recorded easement, the interest would have to be removed through a recorded document agreed to by both parties. This would be an Abandonment of Easement.

This is not the only website on the internet concerning Deep Creek. The internet is here to stay and sites about Deep Creek have been on the internet for several years. The affect of the internet on Deep Creek (increased use) is just another issue that will need to be addressed by the agencies and the people who care about it.
