I appreciate your post and opinion and, assuming that Bruce Johnson is your real name, admire your courage to stand up for your opinions and post in your own name.

In regard to the Mike Castro vs. DCHS feud my only position is this. I appreciate Katerina setting up this website where we are all welcome to express our uncensored opinions regarding the Deep Creek hot springs. In regards to Mike, I see him as currently in posession of the Bowen Ranch which is the easiest access to the springs. They say posession is 9/10 of the law, so in my opinion that gives him the right to charge a toll to park or pass through his land. However the general public has the option to try other routes and this should not offend Mike. All other issues need to be left to the courts to decide. No number of posts by individuals or of documents to this website will ultimately have any effect on the ownership of the Bowen Ranch or the other issues under dispute from both sides of the fence, only court rulings can change that.

My only concern, like Wizards, and a few others is that this dispute should not affect the enjoyment of the springs by all.
