Memorial weekend may work good for some, but others might already have plans for the long weekend, so another weekend might be better. Camping may also work for some but we should not expect everyone to be able to camp, and I think we need to try an acomodate as many interested people as possible. At this point I am open to these alternantives, but so far only three of us are starting to look for a date. For this initiative to work we will need to give some time to get the feedback from some of the other that post regularly to this Forum. Let's wait for more feedback on the ground rules and who is open to the idea before commiting to a date.
