Hear, hear.
To add to the infinity of possible scenarios that occur at places like DCHS, not only do women sometimes "oggle" -- in other less moralistic words, "gaze upon intently" -- the nude men, and some men do it to other men obviously, but sometimes couples do this to single men, or I assume, single women, as well. I've experienced this twice while there for my own quiet time, and it took little more than my moving off to a different spot or jumping in the water to put an end to it. If that did not put an end to it, then one would have to have words with the other party, but that has never been my experience, thankfully. No one is objecting to mellowman's objection to the guy who followed him -- in the early 80s? -- from pool to pool inappropriately; I am objecting to mellowman's moralistic singling out of single men as a problem, and his insistence that there is a point of etiquette that the pools be considered "private" space for couples using them.
And to echo Wizard's post in a different way, I also only soak in the Womb pool when I'm at DCHS. The only thing that will give me pause in getting into the Womb, is if there is a majority of people using it who are not doing so nude. Especially if they are younger. I usually wait for them to move on before reclaiming the pool as a clothing-optional space. Other nude couples in the Womb is often a sign that the Womb is being used nude for the moment: single people might enter the pool at the same time to enjoy that clothing-optional usage that comes and goes at DCHS. At least in my case, but I have seen it with many others, that is pretty much all.
