Interesting posts!
My husband and I are planning to visit Deep Creek for two days next month.
First off, let me say that we would never get frisky in the pools, or anywhere near them, and do not think anyone else should either. That is what tents are for!
Second, we do not want to take sides in this topic. However, one thing is clear: Any guy who follows a couple (or a woman) from pool to pool is a pervert and is wrong. Likewise, any guy who oogles the women, or purposely stays in the presence of women or couples for voyeuristic purposes, certainly when other pools are empty, is also a pervert and is wrong.
Third, a voyeur has "a right" to bother women and couples by staring at them or not leaving them any time to be by themselvs. But that does not mean his voyeuristic perversion is courteous. And all people at DCHS, couples, single men, single women, gays, and lesbians, should extend mutual courtesy to each other at Deep Creek.
Fourth, the few bad apples clearly do not represent all single men who visit that beautiful place.
Boys will be boys, and unfortunately when women are around (especially nude women), there is sometimes a small jump from that to perverts will be perverts.
But most of the men we have met at Deep Creek before (we have been there twice) have been decent and respectful. So the problems come only from a few bad apples. And you can't expect courtesy from an apple.
