Another suggestion (and this goes for the oogling pervs that hang out on the rocks as well): Take their pictures with your camera phone and post the pics here and everywhere else you can think of. The mere possibility that their wives, girlfriends, neighbors and/or co-workers might see the pics of these guys in their full shameful perv mode might be enough to deter them from DCHS.
