Having gone to Deep Creek almost as long as Celtfire Bill, I tend to agree with him. My wife has gone many times with just one girlfriend and they have never been bothered. But she would never go alone. I have witnessed drunk out of control guys sexually harassing single women, so it can happen. And keep in mind that even if you go alone, most likely there will be other people at the springs anyway who you could turn to in the event someone bothers you. I think if you simply are aware of your surroundings and exercise the usual caution, you should be fine. I don't think you mentioned whether you prefer to go nude at the springs or go textile, but mostly likely you will get more "attention" from potential troublemakers if you are nude vs, wearing a bathing suit.
