SAN BERNARDINO • Former County Supervisor and Tax Assessor Bill Postmus was arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of drugs in court Thursday, according to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department. Postmus, 39, was in court for a preliminary hearing facing multiple felony counts of embezzlement, perjury and drug abuse among other charges related to a wideranging corruption probe.
