I've picked up a few myself. At least there hitchhiking and the ones I've picked up have been friendly. Peaceful Warrior, What does your contradictory name stand for? DCHS a parasitic virus, nice try :-) I will give you bonus points for creativity :-) You are awfully worked up about two people ( William and Gail ) who you call stupid and failures. If they are truly so inept then whats your big worry? Here's something I heard, since Naked Man feels that things that are heard are truth. I've heard that Mike Castro when he first showed up on the scene used to spend his time at the Moss Mill. He was aligned with the people there, saying that it was ok to go through the Moss Mill and that the people at the Bowen Ranch were bad for trying to stop Moss Mill traffic. Then when the Friends of Deep Creek was started and he, along with others initially, took over the Bowen Ranch then his story, over time, changed 180 degrees as to whether it was ok to go through the Moss Mill. It wasn't in his interest anymore to have that way as an open route. Well, thats just what I heard so it must be true :-) In regards to Gail contacting various agencies for differant reasons, I don't see the whole Federal Government, Senators, Congressmen or Newspaper reporters runnin around down at the springs, again nice try. Things that have happened at the springs are because of visitation issues and because of the endangered Arroyo Toad. You might be seeing more rangers at the springs because there is more traffic down there these days and the Forestry Dept is more interested in enforcing rules that have been present for a long time. Roads have been closed and areas fence because of policy changes that have nothing to do with gail. If you want " Someone to Blame " for the negative things that are happening at DCHS then focus your dissatisfaction on the people who visit the springs that are doing the bad things, like trash, cut trees, wax on rocks, glass, obnoxious behavior etc. etc. Those people are the ones you need to address and they come mostly through the Bowen Ranch, so there's a good place for you to start.
