I believe that these are all the same individual and may actually be Tanya Ryan who purchased the neighboring 40 acres.
The real problem has been the violence and the actions of the agencies who have allowed the violence to continue. Deep Creek is known by the local community as a violent and dangerous place. This is not because of the website or comments on the forum.
My actions have been taken to protect the public from this very real threat to their safety. I have taken these concerns to the appropriate agencies.
As to the "private" and "public" land issues, these issues will be resolved in the near future. We have presented our case through documentation.
