I've parked there last year a couple of times. Haven't taken my Wrangler in this year to see how Round Mountain fared from the rains, but the parking lot itself and the road above it look pretty much the same. I assume you're referring to the road off of Oak Springs Road which has an Open Route Road which goes around the back side of Round Mountain?
