If you are referring to the lower parking lot, you do not need to go all the way down that steep hill. Just park at the Freedom Trail head instead. It is just before that steep hill or @ 1/3 of a mile before the lower lot. The Creek was @ 3" above my belly button when I went last week, I'm 6'-2". The water is in the low 50's but, you Mt. folks should be able to stand that right?
