The arraignment for former County Assessor Bill Postmus and former assistant Assessor Jim Erwin, both of whom were arrested on corruption charges in February, has been delayed. Postmus and Erwin appeared in San Bernardino County Superior Court Tuesday morning, but their arraignment was rescheduled for April 26th.
