I saw on the DCV web site below that you do not need a forest adventure pass at the Bradford ridge trail head. That is not a guarantee about that however. They certainly have given a black eye to law enforcement with that program.
The directions on that site should be up dated as they tell you how to get there from the 15/cajon pass. They should give directions from the Lake arrowhead area, but do not. Let me know and I'll walk you through there.
