It is my wish that they would ban motorcycle and ATV activities completely in the Juniper Flats area. Why, while there are signs posted by the BLM that ask these people to stay on the numbered roads they DO NOT. These people have abused their rights TOO often. The result has been a spider work of motorcycle trails everywhere. Causing erosion and death to many plants and animals in this environmentally sensitive riparian area.
Don't get me wrong. I have enjoyed using my motorcycle there many times on the numbered roads. The problem is disrespect for the law and nature by too many people in too large of an area. That HAS caused irreversible damage to a beautiful and pristine place.
Just my opinion.
