A couple of friends of mine spent Thanksgiving Day at the springs. They got there fairly early and said there were only two people there. They were pleased with the condition and cleanliness of the pools. All the volunteers hard work pays off! They hiked up the creek for a picnic, and when they returned there were about 20 people there. They met some nice Japanese girls and yakked it up. They hiked out about 3:30 PM. The Japanese girls got lost hiking out and they missed the trail back to the Bowen Ranch parking area. A kind soul picked them up in his vehicle and took them back to their car at the Ranch. Overall, my friends had an excellent time!
