We all started that way, but with a little work you can correct your situation.
For example, you wrote:
"hello i'm a teenager and i write with slang or rather with out skill"
Good thoughts, here, but the mistakes cloud your message. Some see the mistakes and lose the importance, you see? Only our minor diety, The Wizard, can write without "skill" and still enthrall us with his discourse.
Properly:
"Hello, I'm a teenager, and I write with slang, or rather, without skill".
You'll be a gentleman (or is it gentlewoman?) and write like a scholar.
