This is unfortunate, but nevertheless, some parks may not take any action- it'll really be up to their discretion. I suspect NAC will look at other avenues. I still believe the Cahill Policy should have been statutorily codified into the law. And all of this because of a deeply conservative State Parks director easily offended by the site of her own naked body!
