Hi Rick,
Not being from around here, I don't know what these totals mean, in terms of actual effects. How will the rain affect DCHS over the coming weekend (17-18 October). Most would be insignificant rainfalls if they were back in Arkansas, but I know that's not the case out here. Is it time to plan a weekend trip elsewhere?
