Wow! I liked Dean. Visited him a number of times at his ranch on the Bowen Ranch Rd. Not too long ago he e-mailed me looking for a framer for a project on his property. You never know when your time is up. Something similiar happened to me many years ago. I was driving my truck down in San Pedro and a guy in a stolen car was being chased by the people he stole the car from, and the police too. He blew through a red light just as I was passing through an intersection and hit me right in the passenger door knocking my vehicle off the road. The passenger door was caved in a couple of feet. I was lucky. If he would have hit my door I may have not lived through it. Sad to hear Dean's gone.
