THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR EXTREME SOUTHWESTERN
CALIFORNIA.

.DAY ONE...REMAINDER OF THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT

PATCHY DENSE FOG IN THE MOUNTAINS WITH LOCAL VISIBILITY LESS THAN A
QUARTER MILE AT TIMES...MAINLY ABOVE 5000 FEET.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY

FOR LATE TUESDAY INTO EARLY WEDNESDAY...A STRONG PACIFIC STORM
WILL MOVE THROUGH NORTHERN AND CENTRAL CALIFORNIA WITH IMPACTS
EXTENDING INTO NORTHERN PORTIONS OF SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA. THERE IS
THE POSSIBILITY THAT MODERATE TO HEAVY RAINFALL COULD EXTEND AS
FAR SOUTH AS THE SAN BERNARDINO MOUNTAINS. IF THAT OCCURS...MUD
AND DEBRIS FLOWS ARE POSSIBLE IN THE RECENT BURN AREAS INCLUDING
THAT OF THE SHEEP FIRE. THIS STORM WILL ALSO GENERATE STRONG...GUSTY
WINDS FOR NORTHERN MOUNTAIN AND DESERT AREAS. THERE WILL ALSO BE
LOCAL DENSE FOG IN THE MOUNTAINS.

FOR WEDNESDAY THROUGH FRIDAY...A LARGE WEST SWELL GENERATED BY
THIS STORM WILL BRING HIGH SURF TO THE BEACHES WITH SOME BREAKERS
EXCEEDING 10 FEET ON EXPOSED WEST FACING BEACHES.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...SKYWARN SPOTTER ACTIVATION IS NOT
REQUESTED FOR THIS AREA...HOWEVER WEATHER SPOTTERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO
REPORT SIGNIFICANT WEATHER CONDITIONS.
